This is an older set from DAZ. The tree and bushes are not in the least realistic. It is just a nice place for a summer scene. A country girl helps.

Cute scene! I like how the trees and bushes turned out in your render. They almost look painted, or certainly stylized, and I often prefer that look over "realistic" (unless I'm looking at a photo, of course :-)
