Description

For those of you who (like me) fondly remember the "Wacky Races" cartoon, here's my take on Penelope Pitstop, taking a breather during a race. I figured it was time she was given a slightly less ditzy incarnation, and a better motor! The car started off as WebWizard's Chevrolet convertible freebie from share CG. Some primitives and props scavenged from other sets were used in the mod...

I wonder how Chevy sales would have been altered in 1957 if this had been offered as an option package? (LOL) This looks like a California beach photo so maybe only on the West Coast, and SoCal at that!!!!! Nice job, Joe.

Thanks Darkglass, and excellent suggestion. I had considered trying to do some of the other characters; I went with PP as the only girl in the show. I do wonder how to incorporate a mutley ...I'll get my thinking cap on!

Cheers Paul... After tons of mucking about with lights and terrain I scrapped them all and just went with the Maui HDRI in the stock iray package for this.
