Description

The wind train is making an excursion visit to a picturesque mining town. Passengers have left the train to visit the town’s saloon. After an hour or so they will re-board for the return trip. The wind rotors are halfway down to their stored position. Breezes are light now but stronger desert winds can blow up unexpectedly so best stow them until it is time to begin the return trip. The Wind Train is a marvelously detailed and well made model of a wind powered engine with passenger cars all with lots of detail and moving parts inside and out. The model does not match the gauge of the tracks in the mining town set, so I used a section of track from the Wind Train set so you don’t see train wheels resting on sand. Thanks for looking.

Nice composition, nice story, nice matching of 3D sets. I'd have set the brakes on the train, tho'.
