Description
As the referee goes over the rules, we see the two finalists face off against each other, psyching each other out in their own unique way, in the 2019 Cream Teas (Devon Division) Competition.
The winner, of course, will take the prized trophy but will also proceed to take on the winner of the 2019 Cream Teas (Cornwall Division) Competition.
Who will win and get their face on the cover of Good Housekeeping UK and become a name renowned throughout the country?
