Description
On Create TV's "Painting With Wilson Bickford", I saw him paint a nice image of an elk in the fog. I decided to try something similar. Perhaps, as a lady in Tucson said about my painting, I should stick to photography. But this was fun.

It's definitely fun to try and recreate things we've seen elsewhere, in paintings or photos or wherever. So good for you for giving it a try! It does look like the the far bank is covered in snow, though, while the green grasses in the foreground suggest that it's summer rather than winter. Or maybe the grass stays green for longer wherever this elk lives?! :-)

Amazing !

Thanks for the suggestion, perpetualrevision. I've used Snarlygribbly's Snow Machine 2 script for Poser to put snow on the grass. The picture does look more consistent now!
