"The legs are anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 times the length of normal legs," are you sure about that? It sounds a bit unlikely. On another page you show a female figure whose legs are about 4 heads long. You're saying that a superheroine should have legs 6 to 8 heads long (or maybe, if the other figure is a superheroine, that normal women should have legs 2 to 3 heads long).
I get that super ladies have long legs, but 200% longer is way too much (unless it's Elastigirl).

As I have said in normal person the distant from the hip joint to the bottom of the feet is the same as the distant from the hip joint to the top of the head. In comic books, depending on the artist, the distant from the hip joint to the bottom of the feet can be anywhere from 1 1/2 to 2 times the distant from the hip joint to the top of the head. This is done because it's believed to make male figures look athletic and female figures look graceful. If you don’t believe me, check out any super hero comic. BTW in Manga comic figures can be as much 15 head tall.
