This is a beautiful tribute to our world which is in dire need of help that only we can provide. We made the mess, we need to clean it up. It is hard for me to see that happening when so many won't take the simple steps needed to rid our world of a virus that is killing more people everyday.

Le “chant du Cygne” ou “Néron jouant sur un champ de ruines » ! la perspective et les métaphores éloquentes de ton image sont particulièrement réussies : créer ce couloir visuel à l’aide de lamelles de stores vénitiens est une trouvaille. Ils évoquent tout à la fois, nos fenêtres closes au monde durant le confinement, un filtrage et une protection dérisoires contre le réchauffement climatique et autres virus en circulation, mais aussi les mailles des filets dérivants qui n’en finissent pas de détruire les fonds marins. Pendant ce temps, nous fermons les yeux, à l’endroit, quasi exact, du point de fuite de l’image, aveuglés que nous sommes à ne plus pouvoir envisager ce qui se passe à l’horizon. Faire de l’art, reste t-il un refuge comme pour cette violoniste aux cheveux d’anémone, qui abritent quelques survivants ?

.... a super depiction of this important topic, and I felt similar reactions when additional supportive images were not allowed... it seems that space utilization and artistic representation are in conflict, so a little more creativity is needed at times.

Wow! This is beautifully done! The colors and the flow of the scene's hair, fish and plants are reminiscent of the flow of the ocean and yet the window blinds bring it to the land of man. The colors are gorgeous with all that white. Awesome work, Ute!

Hartelijk dank. Het is precies wat ons vernietigt, ik werd vandaag zo opgewonden vanwege deze stomme raket naar Mars, wat maakt het uit, met het geld kun je alle zeeën weer schoonmaken, hongerende mensen en kinderen redden, de flora en fauna Meer beschermen (vooral de miljoenen honden en katten die elk jaar op het bord belanden in China & Co. (nadat ze doodgemarteld zijn of levend gekookt), etc. etc.(Ik kan deze verdomde klootzakken en hun wreedheden niet langer verdragen, ze maken me ziek! Ik huil nu nog steeds en ik zal de rest van mijn leven huilen)!
