That water looks almost toxic! And to think that is where I get some of my drinking water from here in good ole AZ! LOL! Well, you can't live forever. Nice photo.

the depth causes it to look that way. probably is very clean since it does not pass through any large cities from the Rockies

another of your spectacular nature shots which mix monumentality and a 'relaxed' feeling. I don't know how you do that, but you do. It's like you photograph from a god's perspective, where you know this terrain so well, it's like taking a picture of your 'back yard'...and yet you capture all the majesty at the same time. Love the detail mixed with film-like softness. And a terrific pov---a snaking river between those sheer 'walls'...they look like ancient pueblos! Terrific. And I love the atmosphere in the upper layer...it dissolves the rock naturally...

I have to stop, but I'll be back for more soon I hope. Hope you're better, Richard, and I hope your work for that woman who passed went (or will go) well. You help people a lot, and that is grand, esp in these times...And again, I'm very sorry for your loss. Blessings your way...
