Description
Daz 4.12 Photoshop CS6, Topaz Texture.
This is the same scene as Arrival, all I did was change Dr. Elizabeth Montgomery a bit, and tweaked a few of the image lights. There are three spotlights. Red and blue rim lights and one yellow/white face light. Her skin texture is dark enough to need a good spot light. What I neglected to do was increase her skin specularity a bit more. Pale skin tends to have more scattering, and darker skin has stronger highlights.
Departure:
This image takes place maybe a year after Arrival. Elizabeth has signed on with the Visherly - Va_Ortaugh Company. While V & V isn't the largest company by any stretch, (they have one ship), that ship is the biggest, and best armed in The Five Stars Alliance, and has a large enough medical facility on board she can actually have nurses, orderlies, and staff. She has been serving the last few months as the on-site doctor for the Endurance refit operations.
The refit is finished, and Elisabeth departs for the Endurance and History. The threat of war with The Galactic Union is looming, and all is uncertain. What is certain is that when it happens it will be brutal. Her bags are packed and she gives one last glance back at Wonderland Orbital Habitat. The shuttle over to the Endurance awaits.
Many thanks to those wishing Chloe well. My little gal is recovering, and is eating regularly, and is getting back in a playful mood. I still haven't tackled her for eye drops. I'll wait till this battery of medication is finished before tackling that. Otherwise it's hot and I feel like I'm floating in a sea of soup. No storms in sight for the next week though.

How did I miss this? Am following you but got no email about it? At any rate... I love the lighting here. It has such a gritty, eerie quality to it. The camera angle too heightens the mood, and the figure looks amazing. :)

Thank yah kindly! I actually just posted this now, so the sitemail thingy might be a bit slow. I did want a grittier mood for this one, to emphasize the oncoming threat of war. In the last one, the Illyrican revolution was over and things were briefly looking hopeful.

Good luck to her, she will need it. War gets uglier as technology advances and I don't see that trend changing any time soon. A well posed and assembled scene, and using the same location ties it together with the last one very nicely.
