Nice composition and modelling, but I think this needs a few shadows. Just a suggestion: try turning off Auto Light in your render settings (if you haven't already), and add a standard light or two in your scene to cast some shadows. Nice HDR though!

Thanks a lot for the feadback, sure had some problems with the suger. Any ideas of how to make a realistic suger map would be very appriciated. EugeneTooms thanks for posting your ideas and I've had the same thoughts while making this pic. I tried to add light to get shadows. But cause the background image has realy bright spots showing up in the differnt reflections in almost evey direction, the shadows looked missed placed however I placed the lights. I dont know if it is possible to get the fake hdri to generate more shadows? (auto-light is off).
