Nice work. The texture on the castle is cool. small point, the blue of the sword doesn`t seem to work well for me. The rest is top.

Dude! Conan's got to be beefier! Maybe if you use some sort of muscle man figure. I totally like the comic-book Conan render though.

Yes, the blue makes it look like a starwars lightsaber /maybe it is a magic sword?/...the left hand is a little like a young lady.../no..no..don't touch me../..the right hand with the sword seems to have a problem holding it. Men on the right tooo big....or the castle is very small.
