You are right, but that was in the earlier fourties. At that time they stil didn't had the Panther tank. This scene is representing the Boccage in Normandy during D-day. They were wearing new uniforms in Flecken tarn camoflage. Thank you for your comment and sharp notice. Salute, Gerrit.

Very interesting series of pictures you've been posting. Are these toy soldiers or like a museum art piece?

Hi, these figures are from plastic modelkits, such as Tamya, Revell, Academy, Airfix, a.s.o. I have to fix them together, each figure has 6 sometimes more parts.When they are ready, I can paint them. After this they must fit on the tank. The whole diorama takes several weeks before it is ready. Then I make 5. 6 or more photo's and post them on Renderosity. Thanks and a salute, Gerrit.
