after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North DakotaΒ for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve

Yes, I agree, a top notch creation and fantastic dedication to a great artist! I'm am saddened that he took down his free models because a few slobs weren't satisfied by his generosity! Your work here is most excellent! Bravo! Well done!

Beautiful work Steve. I believe 57 chevy's were the first year for the 283 cu. inch V8. The 55 and 56 were 265 cu in.

A wonderful model and a wonderful car. Did you do the texture work to paint the car?
Our president is a total ass hat. For him to have the ego To think he should be on Mount Rushmore Blows me away. If it ever came to be his face would be blown off the mountain in a matter of hours.

terrific colors, as always: I love all the blues: The blues of your model's jeans, the beautiful dark blue of her top, the darker blues of her boots, and blue eyes as well...all against that beautiful Darkglass car, which you've given beautiful morphs of blue across the surface. Then more blues in the tiles---light and dark, with reflections. And then a deep dusk blue sky: Gorgeous background (w/ buildings back there). Even your title is in blueish green neon. Great use of the car, and your model looks like she's surprised to see us, as she relaxes against this beautiful old car. Great job, and your color-sense is spot-on as always.
