Description


This was oneof my favorite Scenes in Star Wars "A New Hope" (I have lots of Favorite Scenes from that Movie. I worked a lot on the Lighting and Coloring of the Lights in this one. Trying Hard to learn all I can and still work a fulltime Job and keep my Wife off my back, (she thinks I'm addicted to this stuff, DUH! Better than most addictions) Anyways I Digress...Let me Know what You Think and I was glad to see that I'm starting to do Images that others enjoy. Models from Scifi and Particularly from Jim Bassett and Mojo from Robotfarm. Some littel Postwork done in PSP7

Looks good! Just a couple ideas: Try a little bit of motion blur on both the TIE fighter and the Falcon. Also, maybe give the DeathStar a planetary look by having the right side in shadow a litle, similar to views of our moon or earth in almost full phase, but slightly hidden in shadow. And maybe give the stars a little more variance in color in some areas to break up the saturation of white the star field gives off in the background. But still, a very good job.
