Droid: Allow me to point out that you no longer have any access to the military hardware you would require to defeat them, and that they have a machine capable of crushing half-a-dozen cars at one go.
However talented and experienced you are, I fear you might well find yourself at a very great disadvantage.
Warforged: So - what do you recommend?
Droid: Get out of town.
Chomper has got you a flight on the next ship for Planet Robotica.
Once you get there you’ll be safe, but do please stay out of trouble!
Warforged: Hold on - what about Laryn - I rescued her!
Droid: Well, we won’t discuss that now.
Chomper’s got her away on yesterday’s flight, so she’s quite safe. But you’re not.
You’ll be happier away from this world with its rather nasty humans - well, ok, not all of them are nasty, but ..
Warforged, ok, droid, I get the message.

Oo, Warforged got some SHINY bits! Maybe he feels he's moving up in the world, relative to where he came from, even if he does now need to flee to Planet Robotica! But I have to say, Warforged, you're not really doing your job of protecting Laryn if you didn't even notice that she left on a flight yesterday!

Time to exit, stage left, or right(?) or whatever direction is clear! A wonderful series of images and fine story, Sunbeam! I guess I was wrong about evil eyes! He is an alright robot after all. Hope he gets safely to the new planet and has a long and happy existence. Perhaps we can check in on him in another 1,000 or more years if we humans are still around?

Great scene. Despite being droids there is a real humanity between the two of them here. I love the guy on the left, he reminds me a bit of Shrike from Mortal Engines. :)
