according to the title I expected the use of a small effect of wind on a Dforce clothing.

"Breeze" is not necessarily referring to wind only, can have an emotional connotation also, among many other meanings.
Here is an example of a music album, released December 2018 by Marie Louise Werth, titled "A Breeze of Emotions".
