Description
"How'd we get the cat?" Dariel whispered to Jake as they both tried to nap. Marcello no longer slept all night, or all day and they had to steal a nap whenever they could. Best of all the fairy dragon also was taking a nap, so this should have been a perfect moment, but the restless kitty wanted to play.
"I told you to airlock the filthy beast," the butterfly winged reptile huffed almost inaudibly, moving its tail for the umpteenth time. The cat followed it with glee.
"I am not even sure how you came to be here."
"Marcello had promised a life time supply of apple juice."
"He did not."
"Go to sleep little god, you're as annoying as the cat and the cute little robot."
"I'm trying, why do do you think I can't?"
"My guess is the cat, I knew I should... I mean you should have left the little hell beast on the boardwalk."
"Yeah, I do like the cat better."
(I guess hell beast counts as bad language.)
p.s. the bear is a stuffed one from a previous image that didn't make it.

That is way too funny. I didn't notice the bear until I opened up the full size image! LOL. Love this work! Very light and full of fun! Love the dialogue as well! A most delightful work and fine creation! Many fine accolades for your brilliant humor and artistic talents!

Hehe the story is awesome and the scene illustrates that perfectly. What I also really love in this scene is how natural all the posing is. Despite how easy it may "seem," it's actually not that easy to make a pose look so believable. Great work. :)

Thank you, I usually spend a scary amount of time tinkering with poses, and rendering tests to see what I am getting. I actually spent hours just getting the d'force sheet to fall right.

Cats have no respect for humans or dragons. Wonderful image!
