This image has been done as usually, here with a tube from ekladata.com (France), the used background is: streets_of_orvieto_by_citizenfresh_deviant-art and the used filter is from FilterForge6.
PS. I think it's great when another artist takes ideas from me or another artist for his new graphic, in our "circles" this is called "idea theft", I don't have anything against it, but they could at least write down "this graphic has been inspired by....", like some artists do it here!!!!
