Description

Created this one a few months ago. Outfit is cobbled together from several different sets – not perfect, but a decent substitute until I can create my own.

is this from Harry Potter? ...shame on me, but i don't like Harry Potter (and i guess the half world don't like me because of i don't like Harry Potter XD)

It is from Harry Potter, but I don't hate you for disliking that fandom. I have a love/hate relationship with it myself – most of my interest is in this specific character. :)
