Description

Participating at a contest for SciFi renders I realised that this was a genre I don't do that often. And because I felt I could have done better, here another try (unfortunately much too late).

all hail our robot overlords, whoops what do you they are replacing us...can I die on the vine - creepy and wonderfully done presentation, the eyes are so menacing in a group. OT: Is there a word for a group of robots, like a dazzle of zebra, a clowder of cats, a murder of crows?

(Spooky render. I entered two contests now. They were for erotica. Realized after the second one that since I set up scenes of the more romantic-type, versus mind control and worse, I was never going to win. At least, not on that website. Where do you enter your contests at?)

Wonderful work. I am amazed at the number of characters you included in the scene. I really like the dark foreboding atmosphere you created. You do great science fiction and I would love to see more.

There are only 4 characters in the scene (the rest are instances), of which 3 a variations an old M4 Cyborg, which I has additionally been reduced in resolutions and maps (the Hangar was treated the same and it in an older prop so I assume the polycount on this was not too high in the first place). The only HiRes character is the main Cyborg. Render with about 900 cycles was done in around one hour.
