Hello dear friends, I wish you all a nice evening and I hope that everyone is safe and healthy.
I thank you all for all your nice comments on my previous uploads.
PS. Results of my IRM: In the lumbar region, two vertebrae are rubbing against each other because there is almost no disc left and the whole region is inflamed! My family doctor called us this morning after she had a closer look at the IRM's images, as the sports doctor who is treating me, is unfortunately still on holidays.
