Hello dear friends, I wish you again a nice new week, stay safe and healthy & I thank you for all your nice comments on my previous uploads.
This song truly reflects my todays mood!
It's no longer bearable, this morning I cried, I was so much in pain, my hubby can't reach the doc for an emergency appointment since last Friday. Here in Luxembourg they also forget the elder people if you don't have that damn Covid and if this continues I'm going to take all the sleeping pills I have, so as not to wake up the next day!
In the lumbar region, two vertebrae rub against each other because there is almost nothing left of the intervertebral disc and the whole region is inflamed! My family doctor contacted us a few days ago after looking more closely at the MRI images because the sports doctor who should be treating me is unfortunately still on holiday - Damn it!

Na das hört sich ja alles nicht so gut an.... sofern ich das richtig verstanden habe, bereiten dir die Bandscheiben Probleme..und sowas ist unerträglich Schmerzhaft...leider... hoffen wir mal, dass sich das schnell bessert, und du wieder Ruhe hast...

Es ist nicht mehr zu ertragen, heute Morgen habe ich geweint, ich hatte solche Schmerzen, ich kann den Arzt für einen Nottermin nicht erreichen, hier vergessen sie die alten Leute, wenn man diesen verdammten Covid nicht hat, und wenn das so weitergeht, werde ich alle Schlaftabletten nehmen, die ich habe, um am nächsten Tag nicht mehr aufzuwachen! Im Lendenwirbelbereich reiben zwei Wirbel aneinander, weil von der Bandscheibe fast nichts mehr übrig ist und die ganze Region entzündet ist! Mein Hausarzt hat sich vor ein paar Tagen nach näherer Betrachtung der MRT-Bilder bei uns gemeldet, weil der Sportarzt, der mich behandeln sollte, leider immer noch im Urlaub ist - Verdammt!

Ist traurig ein kleines Mädchen so zu sehen,haste wundervoll gemacht,ihren Gesichtsausdruck haste fantastisch hinbekommen!! Es tut mir wirklich Leid,das du so viel Schmerzen hast, aber Schlaftabletten sind auch keine Lösung; gibt es in Luxemburg keine Notfallabulanz im Krankenhaus,so das dir da geholfen wird. hope you feel better. For me. inversion (hang up-side-down) works but my arthritis was caught when I was younger.

No, getting old is not for the faint of heart. Nor the weak. Nor the easily defeated. It's a battle - an every day fight, and sometimes you feel like just saying 'screw it' and giving up. Especially with the severe pain. But... The strong survive, and you are strong, Ute. You have much to live for...
