I love the sense of scope here too, like the two figures are nothing when compared to the universe itself and yet also are simultaneously integral components of it, and how two very different figures can stand in peace and silence and appreciate the world's beauty in a symbiotic way. :)

Yes, diversity is important for survival in nature, and heck it makes life far more interesting...In your mind's eye can you imagine, for example, what it would be like if everyone were of one race, everyone shared identical beliefs, all birds one species and only one song was played throughout the world...BORING...The opinion that some have that their race, gender, religion, whatever is the only true one, the superior one, is poison to a society's existence. It is also a sign of insecurity with a healthy portion of ignorance.
