Description

I want to dedicate this mixed-medium image to my good old friend Rick (since 2006 here at Renderosity) a loyal visitor of my gallery since all these years and I am very grateful for his precious friendship. As dear Rick is a retired Navy man, I wanted to create for him something with a battleship, but as I had nothing corresponding in my DAZ-folder (apart an old Vicking-Ship), I preferred to move back on dry ground! Many thank's to you all for another tiny peek!!! PS. The used background and the png props are from Deviant-Art Artists.

I am very honored by having a friend like you. Even sailors go a shore every once in a while, but I doubt I would go after that big a bear with a bow and arrow, though that could depend on how much I was drinking that day!(LOL). Most excellent scene and characters! Thank you so much!

"Even sailors go a shore" that's right, I know that from my beloved Dad, he was a Sailor as well, first he was in the merchant navy, then at the beginning of the war he was on the battle ship "Scharnhorst", then he was obliged to the submarines in La Rochelle, he survived, many of his friends at that time unfortunately not. "No more War, enough is enough"!
