after 7 years i'm finally getting around in adding some info on this page. never really thought about doing it. i have been a member here since July 15th 2006, and have learned alot from fellow artists. i would have about 1300 images or so posted but have deleated many of my first pieces. and still consider myself a developing artist at this wonderful site. i'm 56 years old this year "2013" and was born in North Dakota. i have lived in Colorado since 1967 and enjoy this place alot. my stepfather was in the air force and we lived in Bermuda after North Dakota for a few years before coming here where he got stationed.. and so much enjoy many of the finest artist in the world who post here.. love you all and your amazing friendships we share.. lol Steve
i enjoy working with poser, i have such a dinosaur version i use, (p6) wish i had poser 2012 at least. i also use photoshop 7 for most of my work i post here. but more so photography is my main passion, just hope to get a camera again someday.
p.s. not sure how high of a res pic i'm using for this page. take care and thanks a million you all.

When there's no one around. Awesome job Steve

A superb illustration of the duality of this world, rejoicing over certain things and lamenting over some others ! Wonderful artwork and inspiration, Steve ! 😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

She's very beautiful, but she is unhappy !!
bakapo
I like her pose and her mask, very much, she's sad but a lot of us can relate right now. The tiny group has a big problem on their hands, I see... :) well done!
tetrasnake
Magnificent, Steve!
RRun
Good idea of the little crew to carry away the "unhappy" mask, since she is sad already.
Nightwind
Such a stunning image with great color and detail! The little folk are a great addition; letting us know she is not alone in her sadness.

Wonderful work!!!

Awesome Scene.

Great composition! I like how you put so much detail in the figures on the floor. Its almost as if they are trying to figure out, who is going to be tasked with picking the mask off the floor. Excellent and very well done! I like it! :-)

Wonderful!

With so many theaters being closed because of the pandemic, how any artist can be happy? Even clowns have difficulty to rejoice, especially behind the imposed medical mask (not theatrical mask). Very beautiful and so emotive!
RodS
Just gorgeous, Steve! You have such an eye for composition and color harmony, bro. This rocks!
Ah, Smokey... See, now that was music. 99.9% of the crap they put out today is absolute garbage...
Wolfenshire
Beautifully done scene.

Hey, I know that song!! Cool character. Love the masks, esp. the one mysteriously fallen to the floor and being intensely investigated by tiny Nursoda beings (plus a tiny toony cat)! I also love all the variations on red and black throughout!

Outstanding render and cute scene setup - cool work Steve!!!

'Wow'.....Steve....this is such an emotionally beautiful...but sad image. My heart goes out to this lovely young lady......I'm wondering what it is, that is making her feel soooo sad. I'm hoping that those 'little' people can help to cheer her up. This is such a beautiful piece of artwork.....I just wish it wouldn't make me feel sad when I look at it. I really like 'Smokey Robinson', and I like that song......'Tears of a clown'. Awesome job on this one, Steve!!!
