Description

Yoda, our 13 lb Caryn Terrier mix (he disputes that --he's a 600 lb Mastiff in his mind), has a mass on his liver. He's 11, has lived a good and full life since his rescue. Still, our last little rescue, Taz, lived to the ripe old age of 22--so we are frankly blindsided as we expected the other three, larger, dogs to go before him. Monday we have a conference call with his vet to discuss Quality of Life options. IF there is a chance, we have scheduled a CT scan to get a clearer picture of what's going on, but the Ultrasound has suggested smaller nodules, which would mean it has metastasized. He also developed a left nostril bleed at the beginning of this week, which suggests a tumor in his head. 2020 has taken on an even deeper SUCK...

Yoda has crossed the Rainbow Bridge to join Jager, Davey, Harley, and Taz. No more pain. Thanks "Mr. Scrappy", for everything.
