Description
This was my third piece of artwork that I created in 2017 which was created with Daz Studio Pro on 15/01/2017. This artwork is based on a dear childhood friend I had - Angela Kearney who was my childhood sweetheart between September 5th 1977 - July 24th 1981 at a British boarding school called Alderwasley Hall School near Matlock, Derbyshire, we had to split up as she was going to a new school in September 1981, the artwork is the first part of a series called Childhood Sweethearts .
Alderwasley Hall School was part of the Honormead group of Schools in the Uk and was a mixed boarding school, other boarding schools they owned at the time were Blandon Hall School Nr Burton On Trent, Caldwell Hall School nr Swadlincote, Longdon Hall School nr Rugley, Pipewood School nr Rugley, both Blandon Hall School and Pipewood were a mixed school, while Caldwell Hall School was a school for boys, and Longdon Hall School was a school for girls, both Caldwell Hall School and Longdon Hall School were within 30 minutes of each other, both schools became mixed in July 1986
I left Alderwasley Hall School on July 24 1982 and went to Caldwell Hall School from September 1982 to July 1988
The inspiration for the image is what if Angela Kearney went to Longdon Hall School and when both Longdon Hall School and Caldwell Hall School became mixed in July 1986, Angela Kearney found I was at Caldwell Hall School and came to Caldwell Hall School in September 1986 with the other girls from Longdon Hall School, with the pair of us rekindling our childhood relationship and falling in love with each other.
The artwork shows what I imagine Angela had looked when she was 16 in 1987, the artwork was created from a 3D scene I created in Daz Studio Pro 4.9.
The 3D scene took about a hour to set up, pose the figure, adding lights and setting the angle and viewpoint of the render viewpoint camera.
The artwork took Daz Studio Pro 2 hours to render from a 3D scene into a 2D image.
