Description

... And you can split the cost, too! Assuming we don't wind up simmering in our own juices over the next decade or so (because we destroyed our environment), I can easily see international cooperation as we slowly reach for the stars. The USA and Russia have already done this, and if two former adversaries can lay down the sword in the name of HUMAN exploration, partnering with ESA seems like a no-brainer. Here's the FireBlade in a joint mission between NASA and ESA establishing the first base on Mars. The NASA / ESA markings are a free add-on texture by Fireangel which should be in free stuff soon if it isn't already. Thanks, mate - the textures all look great! The background is an actual image of Mars taken by the Curiosity Rover, courtesy of NASA. Page 6 is going together (relatively) smoothly, and I hope to have it done and posted over the weekend. Thanks so much for all your visits, comments and support, my friends! You rock! Rod's Lair Girls From T.N.A. Website Rod's Blog Facebook Twitter Girls From T.N.A. Wow, that's a strong image. The tinted light really helps to sell the combination of the 3D elements and that background.

And things go better with Coke. Space, friends and Coke, that sounds pretty good to me. Nice render, the lighting is good and the landscape looks alien but promising.

Nicely done. NASA and ESA have already worked together on several unmanned missions, so a joint Mars expedition is pretty reasonable.

The people who work there have no problems for working together. But the politics, on all sides is the big elephant. Nice sci-fi.

Great looking scene, Rod...rather foreboding environment...hope they are leaving all decisions up to the scientists--keep those worthless pols out of the decision-making processes.

It's criminal what we've done to our planet...the really smart things to do is 1. control population growth 2. the money spent on extra-terrestrial habitation, etc., should be placed into projects to clean up our planet and green energy solutions 3. change our economic models--vulture capitalism is responsible for much of our woes, from over population to wasting of natural resources and of course pollution. But, since humans are greedy, arrogant and often so painfully ignorant, I rather doubt any of these things will take root, other than perhaps green energy, but likely that will be too late to make a difference. Humans have turned a heaven into a hell...So we're off to other planets to muck them up too.

True - until we stumble onto someone else out there that says "Oh, no you don't....We've seen what you did to your planet.."

great land rover vehicle Rod. next ten years will forecast how bad our environment will end up. does not look like we as humans will care to fix it with the poor leaders and greed to destroy more rain forest that is causing our current situation. space might be our only future hope? love the setting and props bro. hope that rap music goes first.
