I wonder. though, if it is as effective as our plague bombs - is it strong enough to wipe the native humans out?
There are, after all, over seven thousand million of them down there, well armed and very belligerent. No point in wasting materiel and drones on them.
Of course, they could survive and continue to desecrate this planet - which would not suit our purposes. If they are gone the planet can recover.
So let us help them eliminate themselves ...
Use the new plague bombs; the germs they contain will infect only the humans; scavenging animals will be able to clear the corpses with no ill effects.
And the recipients of our little gifts will never know it wasn't the plague they already have ...
Drone Captain - organise the bomb drop and report when ready to execute the order, and thereby the humans ...

The virus, nasty though it is, has given us a wake-up call if we want to get to the end of the century.
If only the politicians will stop playing show-offs and legislate to avoid Armageddon!
