This is really only possible in the USA. In any other civilized country, the police would take the car and the driver out of traffic. This is not only because of the driver's severely impaired vision, but also because of all the spears and spikes, which pose an enormous risk of injury (if not death) in an accident. Such things give non-Americans the impression that there are some particularly crazy guys living there.

crazy people are not exclusive of the US. I think this rest of the world has many just as well qualified!.
they say one in four people is mentality impaired. if you are siting with 4 friends at a table and 3 looks sane, then maybe you are the one. I know I am and embrace it for it's full potential!!
