lol, faemike: This DOES look like a scene from Hitchcock's "The Birds". A beautiful moment-capture: This is what Cartier-Bresson called "the decisive moment": How wonderful to see these birds flocked together, in a teeming circle, over this smooth, satin-like, open, quiet landscape. The photo has infinitude; and then suddenly: a raucous collection of birds! The boats and banners add a nice rhythm to the smooth water, and that sunlight gives it magic...Beautiful capture of a perfect moment.
