When they fixed the time on the grandfather clock to midnight out came two Revolutionary-era ghost, the patriot Jonathan Wellington "Mudsy" Muddlemore and his cat Boo. This is the first of a 4 part limited series. The episode centers are the groups origin and the ghost pirate that has been scarring people off the local shipyard. What could he be after? The Funky Phantom debuted as a Hanna-Barbera cartoon in 1971. I tried to be faithful to the original characters with some minor updates. For example, I traded out Augie's sportscoat for a letterman's jacket because he does play for the football team.
