This is good, save for one caveat: In that position and despite the bra, the breasts would be pulled toward her head, as well as slightly flattened. If it's a simple nightie, then they would separate as well, due to the lack of support.

Like the design. Just the right amount of creepy for the season. =)

You're right – I posed the breasts before I tilted the head back, then forgot to go back and change them. Oh well… lesson learned for next time, eh? :)
