Description
Too many of these this year. Last week we lost probably the most influential rock guitarist since Hendrix, someone who not only redefined what was possible on the instrument, but also how the instrument was designed, built and amplified. Whether you like his music or not, its no exaggeration to say that without him, modern rock as we know it would simply not exist.
...so, RIP the inspirational and ever modest EVH. Shredding at heaven's door.
G8 with bits of the bundled rocker aoutfit and Pretty3D's Deep Blue jeans (not a perfect fit on G8 as they were designed for V4, but works...). Mairy Tatiana hair, all on DAZ. Mcasual's Stratocaster freebie, with a customised EVH paintjob. Onyx G3 mats which work fine on G8.

We was lucky to have had him. I have faith that one day some young kid will rise from the ashes. Taking all that Eddie and others have shown us, and evolves guitar playing to the next level. We thought Jimi was the best that was ever going to be at one time. At my age I may not live long enough to see him. Great job on image : ) R.I.P. Eddie

That brings back memories! The singer in one of my bands at Uni modelled herself on Nancy Wilson and Stevie Nicks, so Heart was on the turntable quite a lot! :)

Wow! When I first saw this, I instantly thought of Nancy Wilson (Heart) in her heyday. Fantastic render and artwork, sir! Yeah, it was quite a shock to learn of Eddy's passing. A true artist and visionary. Seems all we're left with now is that repetitive base-heavy rap-crap..
Not sure how in the heck I've missed your gallery full of awesome work, but I've fixed that now!

Thanks for the kind words Rod, very much appreciated, and though it wasnt intentional I see where the Nancy Wilson comparison comes in... one of the great ladies of rock'n'roll.
