Description
Holmes is out for an evening stroll...anyway, it's supposed to appear it's an ordinary evening stroll...but, as is Holmes' method, it's a trap. He's actually trying to get his latest quarry to show himself, at which time the good Dr. Watson will club this elusive criminal from behind. On several occasions the dastardly criminal attempted to extinguish Holmes' life---now it will be his turn :)
This is Moggadeet's "Brett" morph for Michael 3...yup, M3...I didn't invest too much into M3, so it was a task to get this scene together.
Thanks for dropping by and for your greatly appreciated comments...take care...

He looks content on his evening stroll, cool hat and outfit. Gives me the feel of a English setting and did a great job with it and Mr. Holmes.
Now what's he smoking in that pipe?

Insight and cunning, two of the Holmes's inspector's qualities! Superb character and scene, great work, Barb!

Brilliant work!

Excellent scene, great atmosphere. Glad you gave him a proper hat and not the deerstalker he's become associated with (despite the fact that Doyle never described him as wearing one!).

Trap or not Barbara, this is right on the money! Very fine and memorable work indeed!

Good old Sherlock.

Excellent! Always been a Sherlock Holmes fan and that character is spot on when it comes to canon Holmes. M3, eh? Nothing wrong with going old school, especially when it gets the job done. And you (and Moggadeet) have done a top-notch job with this.

Wonderful character and pose. For some reason I find the lens blur somewhat distracting and anachronistic as there was no night photography in Holmes day at least not outside a studio setting so maybe this is a contemporary actor dressed as Holmes posing for a contemporary camera, etc. Nothing wrong depicting Holmes at night as it might be illustrated by an artist of his day or seen in person by Dr. Watson but neither entails lens blur.

He looks quite Holmseian, in a Jeremy Brett sort of way! Fun scene :-)

I read every Sherlock Holmes story as a child. Edgar Allen Poe was also a favorite. What a treat to see Holmes out for a very deceptive stroll. You made M3 look good.

Sherlock Holmes is always clever, always thinking, always plotting. Good work with M3, it's good to see him again. Nice work!

Ah, the clever Sir Holmes in action once again.. Really excellent work on this scene, Barb! The bad guys never learn, do they? 😉

Great vibes from this one! His pipe and the smoke really sell the character as Holmes.
