Description

Spacegirl 2020 (Bathsheba's Starstrider) with brain1969's absolutely superb Project Level 6. I thought I'd try a few things here, so I ran it through Scene Optimiser and I'm a little underwhelmed by the impact it had. Didn't really save me any render time (this was a LONG render!), and I'm not sure it did my suit textures many favours, but I like the image... Maybe I'll go back and render again without "optimising". Project Level 6 though! What an absolute gem of a product!

You do some wonderful freebies so thank you. This image is wonderful by the way... I am not sure which software you use, but I always up the subdivisions ...in Daz. My computer of course has a hissy and it can take up to over ten hours to render... lol. Try posing a dress ha ha. Seriously thought I love the entire scene. Great work.

Thank you. It was a mission to render, but the environment is so good, I'll be doing more with it! Don't think I'll "optimise" any more though, just not impressed...

Thank you. It's great when you find just the right bits for a render, especially when the quality exceeds expectation. PL6 is absolutely worth investing in... as, I hope, is Spacegirl!

One thing with scene optimizer is you really need to save the scene, quit DS, and restart it. I do (usually) notice a difference, but then, I'm rendering on a potato.

Yup, did all that, and it just seemed to turn my textures into spongecake...

Might give it another crack on something else, perhaps it's just me.
