Description

Main plant modelled in Xfrog, quick tiny humans from poser. Rendered in Bryce 5 of course. Of some concern was the rendering time of over 2 days on my new 2.533gig machine. So much for a 18 hour render window so its ready the next day after work.

I've had a few two day renders in the past as well, and we have similar machines. :-) This is an awesome image, such attention to detail ... your little humans even have the proper lighting on them. Beautiful!

This is excellent, and yes I've had long renders on some of my images too, try say 7 days, and I also have a P4 2.6 with 1500 Megs of DDR ram hehe... Wonderful concept and the lighting and atmosphere are just right, the added poser figures gives it a sense of scale that really works well. BROVO!!!

The superb glow is worth the render time--I'd never have the patience, but I can appreciate it here!

The glow is nothing more then about 9 lights in the distance directly behind the brightest areas of the glass. Turnt off shadow cast on the ground and water so too the 'plant', its as if lights are in direct line of sight.

Aye, it's warm and fuzzy, like a bubble bath by a fireplace, and some Slayer in the background...!

Whoa! One of the best images I've seen. The detail/lighting/mats on the plant are quite literally mind blowing. Superb render!
