Elle a enfoncé son large chapeau, pour occulter ses yeux des regards qui la blessent et qui rendent son environnement plus froid. Pourtant, à sa droite, une chaleur nouvelle lui a fait dresser l'oreille, amplifiée par le large pavillon de son chapeau, quelques murmures se sont posés sur le pétillant de ses lèvres ; elle eut le courage de les transformer en souffle. un souffle débutant, comme celui d'une enfant, pour mettre en mouvement ce petit moulin à vent accroché au bord de son chapeau, comme un souvenir. Le bruissement infime d'un papillon suffit à ensemencer le cycle d'un langage intérieur plus fleuri, que seule, elle entend. Dans le silence se tient sa force.
