Description
This is definitely how I feel this morning. For the past month and going into this month, it's been mandatory overtime where I work. This week, we are all having to work an extra day (Saturday) and this schedule has been taking its toll on my health and mental state. Earlier this year I contracted the virus, and was really, really sick for over a month. My body is still not 100 percent and I feel very run down by the end of the day. I was told by my supervisor that it wouldn't be in my best interest to not do the 9.5 hour days when I spoke to her about my health concerns. She said that since I'm working from home, it shouldn't be a problem. Kind of a passive aggressive way of saying I'll be fired if I "decide" I need to rest. So, this image definitely shows how I am feeling right now. Tired, annoyed and just plain done with all of it.
Sorry for the whiny rant. Thank you to everyone for your comments and for looking. I hope you have a good day :)

First when I looked at the picture, I thought "This is a bad alarm clock" and then I asked Google to translate your text. I'm sorry for what happened to you, my heart goes out to you, cheer up my friend and good luck to you. Take care of yourself in a friendly way Monique

Your supervisor appears to lack a heart. Look after yourself.

Sorry to hear about your dilemma. I feel for you. I was diagnosed positive for the virus, too. But, I had very mild symptoms . . . not even a temperature. However, the fatigue factor was very high. I felt totally drained for about 3 weeks and had no appetite at all. But all-in-all, I feel pretty lucky. I hope you can find the strength to deal with those long and demanding work days.
B-T-W . . . . . . really great image ! ! ! ! ! Get well soon, Doodler ! ! !

She won't fire you, she needs more help... she's just upset cause she cannot find more people like you. It's been quite a year, people are running from work and the ones left have to work double. Really love all your work, your lighting technique here is fantastic... and I really love your monster portraits too... LOL! Hope your day is amazing! hugs

I know exactly how she feels. I'm sorry to hear about your uncaring supervisor. That's rough.

I sympathize with you. Your boss doesn't understand the horror of the virus. I heard that virus still give damages to health even after recovery. Find a good break!
