Description
The imminent release of the game Cyberpunk 2077 has made me all nostalgic for R. Talsorian's Cyberpunk pen & paper RPG I game mastered for many years. I always wanted to run a campaign set in the world of the obscenely rich in the top echelons of 'Cyberpunk' society. People like Fan Ling here.
Unfortunately my players preferred to play street punks with subdermal armour and lots of guns.
