I was surprised to see the old Felix the Cat logo. My dad was assigned to Navy squadron VF-3 (The Fighting 3) during the late 1930s. They used that Felix logo and passed it down to several later squadrons, winding up at VF-31. I still have one of Dad's Felix patches.
