I presume she patrols the rough side of town. Wherever it is I am glad I don't live there, if the Police need to dress like that it's rough...

I like the rain atmosphere you placed your character in! It adds such a nice touch to it! The DOF effect, lighting and use of color is so well done and looks amazing! Excellent work! I like it! :-)
