Description
This is a fractal composite. The ocean, and sky were created in Bryce 7. Everything else was done using Apophysis 2.09. Everything was combined in Photoshop where some post processing was also performed.

Fabulous outstanding awesome colours, superb composition. Magnificent piece of Art. I assume fractals contain the global information within any smaller local areas; the dimension(s) encrypting the pattern might not always be obvious and visible to our naked eye and yet, it is there. Cancer probably may contain lots of information we might not perceive, just like fractals' encrypted patterns not always being obvious; not to mention cancer is a living thing which - it seems - it forgot the ageing part. From an artistic point of view, we might say, fractals may have something in common with cancer. This is my artistic (hobbyst level) point of view, I know nothing, no medicine, I am not a physician, I can hardly read and write.

Well, you seem to read, and write very well. Thank you so much for your compliment. I work in the medical field, but never considered the possible relationship to fractals, and cancer. I'll have to give that some serious thought.

I find very interesting - it's just a simple mortal's opinion, no specialist in the field here - not only the way cancer seems to be able to send the immune system to sleep and how it tells lies to make it believe it's not a foe but also, the informational part, how is it encoded and how cancer seems to create negative psychosomatic vibes before it strucks. Even the way it's powered, not the usual mythocondrial way, it's - in my opinion - quite interesting; why is it doing this, and how does it helps cancer always thrive..? I assume information, not only chemistry is a main component in how cancer survive and thrive. Hopefully when everything will be clear, physicians or people from RD would let us know - in simple words - how it works. These are just my stupid thoughts, they have nothing to do with reality or how cancer works.
