Another character from my in the works graphic novel project, the Shelby Bly Project. *NOTE: These are NOT commercial characters. These are only for my own use in my graphic novel. "Joel Rio is the humble research assistant of Dr. Robert Bly, or so he claims. When Shelby Bly shows up at the museum after her father’s sudden abduction by Blair Nimway and her GEEVA henchmen, Joel will offer to aid her on her grand adventure. He previously aided Dr. Bly as the elder archaeologist attempted to come out of retirement and return to his adventuring ways so Shelby believes Joel to be trustworthy. Now Joel will help Shelby in her quest to find the mysterious Vril so that they may use it to bargain for Dr. Bly’s safe return from Blair Nimway’s grasp."
