The mayor, who understands the importance of cooperation with Zavora, has only one question; will the experiment violate any of the social and religious prohibition against most forms of artificial power? Zavora replies that none of the rules of the Gentheist church, the largest religious group on the continent, will be violated, and offers to have the bishop of Rochester reassure him. She gives no details about the experiment, only showing him the covered equipment on the rail car behind them, without describing it. She tells him only that the flat car and a passenger car of Libris technicians will be brought north on a rail spur. Her workers will set up the equipment there. The mayor only has to allow passage of the train. He is happy to comply and stay in Zavora's good graces. The Highliber is SPICY Masala with Georgia hair, wearing the V4 Ranger cloak and top (combined with the Queen of Hearts sleeves), Space Defenders: Commander pants, and Courageous boots, from DAZ. Her holsters are from DAZ's Steampunk Wilde, with double-barreled flintlocks by fergal_kelly, from the Thingaverse. The mayor is Bartholomew with Jai hair and the TOA Legendary outfit from DAZ and Varsel's free bicorne hat. The Dragon Librarians are V4 outfitted with the DAZ Hooded Cloak with Full Circle materials and components from Courageous, with Iggy and Quinn hair respectively, from DAZ. The train is my Wind Train with a modified car. The cargo tarp on the last car was made by draping a tarp over the tanks of the GWR Gas Tank Wagon. The environment is the Australian Outback, from DAZ. The birds are from Flock Formations from Hivewire3D. Zoë, the Millennium Cat, not part of the story, sits by the Highliber. Penelope, the Hivewire Housecat, a little more timid, has moved off into the brush. I moved Penelope to the foreground to provide framing for the image. The scene, inspired by Sean McMullen's Greatwinter trilogy, was composed and rendered with depth of field in Poser 11 Pro.
