Well, it's nice. But the best part is the sky which is a image map. Rating for the picture: 8
And you took part in the IRTC with this pic? Did you read the IRTC rules? The pics have to be made for the current competition. And as you have posted this pic here in 1999, it's impossible that you've made it for the "Sea" competition. And I also saw your pic which got this honorable mention here before the competition started ...
