A most incredible aircraft. Was this a WW II vintage glider, like those used during the D-Day invasion? If yes, then this one is lucky to have survived.

this had been a trainer glider I think. at the time, they were creating another glider

Wonderful glider, very nice picture, let's not forget that many GI'S died crashing on French soil to come and save us, being French I will never forget it and I thank these young men who died for others they didn't even know, thank you again.
