Description

Peter Gunn Revisited - IV - ... a continuation... Episode IV Peter quickly moved to the side to see Creepy Joe emerging from behind a Burisma Oil Barrel. Joe was holding a butter knife... by the blade... in a threatening manner. "Stop right there, Creepy Joe," Peter demanded moving his aim towards Creepy. "Oh, come on, man," Joe said flashing a smile, "I'm going to take you out behind the building and give you a beating man." Peter, not sure what Ol' Creepy Joe was up to, didn't lower his guard. Who knew if someone else was hiding, or Joe's had some trick up his sleeve. After all, he's been known to be kind of a puppet for other thugs. "Joe, first of all, you've brought a knife to a gun fight. Secondly, it's a butter knife, Joe," Peter said with a sound of pity in his voice. "Hey, you know the thing. Corn Pop was a bad dude in the day, and I took him on," Joe retorts. Meanwhile Veronica, yes, that was the dame's name, Veronica, stood there trembling. After all, Peter had not dropped his guard and the gun was aimed in her general direction even thought it was now pointed to Ol' Creepy. "Joe, Corn Pop? Seriously? Everybody knows Corn Pop was a little 5 year old kid you used to sniff because you said his hair smelled like popcorn," said Peter while trying not to crack a grin. Peter continued, "Joe, I thought you went to school in Syracuse. What's the "L" for? Loser?" "Trumpalozoasumuchcan, uh," Creepy Joe managed to stutter out, "It's... it's from when I went to school with the Amish down in Lancaster. You know." "WHAT?" Peter exclaimed. About then, a faint 'beep --- beep --- beep," could be heard. ... to be continued...

I'm glad to hear you've found use for them. It is a good feeling to know someone is using them. Thank you for telling me that. You just made my day a bit better (not that it was bad, but better is always better.)

Thanks!
