Description

Still snowing, but that is not stopping the kids from having a great time making snow angels...NYC got 10''--hard for me to tell since there was a lot of drifting...some spots in Upstate NY got nearly 4 feet of snow! Guess we could have a white Christmas--the last time was in 2009 :) Photo taken from my living room window. I have to remember to change the time in my camera to reflect standard time...

It's been a long time since I saw a landscape under the snow! Very nice capture, Barb, and stay warm at home!

Wonderful. I want it to snow here from 22nd to 1st Jan to stop people travelling round at Christmas. As you may know we come to a stand still if it snows 🙃🙃

You have a wonderful view. Watching children play in the snow is always a delight for me.

Western MA got around a foot, but with lots of drifting, too.

Looks very wintry - Chrismas-y, Barb! All we've had here in MO is cold and a light dusting a couple weeks ago.

Absolutely beautiful photo!!!!!👍 In Milan for several years it hasn't snowed properly anymore, too bad because the snow during the Christmas period must not be missing 😌🙋‍♂️

I love these glimpses of New York through your eyes. It shows hope and joy in very difficult times, indeed. Stay safe...

I feel guilty, I live just across the bay from Brooklyn, we got about six inches of snow, maybe seven. It's a lovely picture.

Looks beautiful in the daylight too really get a better sense of scale with all the people in the photo. Enjoy your white Christmas we might get some snow in Chicago but not as much as NY got already.
