The pose doesn't look very natural. Perhaps you could turn your hips to the right, raise your knee, and flex your calf. The left arm is on the gift packages, it seems as if it is leaning on them, maybe you could try stretching the left arm, supporting the body. I suggest you study the poses with real photos.
